Continued Recognition and Industry Response

Though Better Than You Left Me had modest chart success, industry observers noted that some radio programmers were hesitant to play multiple slow songs by female artists simultaneously. Nonetheless, Guyton's performance and storytelling stood out. Her 2015 self-titled EP further demonstrated her range, receiving a four-star review from Queens of Country for its vocal strength and stylistic variety. That summer, she joined Brad Paisley’s Crushin’ It World Tour, gaining valuable exposure on the national country music stage.
