Caroline Louise Flack was born on November 9, 1979, in Enfield, United Kingdom. She spent her early years in Norfolk, where she attended Great Hockham Primary School. She later went on to study at Wayland Community High School in Watton, Norfolk.
Flack began her television career in 2002 when she appeared as the character Bubbles on the comedy sketch show Bo' Selecta!
