Caroline Louise Flack was born on November 9, 1979, in Enfield, United Kingdom. She spent her early years in Norfolk, where she attended Great Hockham Primary School. She later went on to study at Wayland Community High School in Watton, Norfolk.

Television Presenting Career

Flack began her television career in 2002 when she appeared as the character Bubbles on the comedy sketch show Bo' Selecta! This role marked her first significant exposure to British television audiences. She later went on to host other entertainment programs, starting with The International Pepsi Chart Show, showcasing her capabilities as a music presenter. In 2005, she joined Channel 4’s E4 music strand, providing on-screen links between music videos, and co-presented The Games: Live at Trackside with Justin Lee Collins.

Her career gained further momentum when she joined ITV2, hosting various spin-off shows. One of her higher-profile roles during this period was as co-host of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! NOW!, the companion series to the reality TV show I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
