Andrea Pirlo

He was instrumental in helping Brescia win the Serie B title, securing promotion to Serie A in 1997. His early promise attracted the attention of top clubs, leading to a move to Inter Milan in 1998. However, Pirlo struggled to secure a consistent position at Inter due to limited playing time and strong competition among midfielders. Success with AC Milan and Juventus

At AC Milan, Pirlo flourished in the deep-lying playmaker role, becoming a pivotal figure in the team's midfield. He played a significant role in Milan's domestic and international successes, contributing to victories in two Serie A titles, two UEFA Champions League titles, two UEFA Super Cups, and a Supercoppa Italiana win.

In 2011, Pirlo transferred to Juventus at a time when the club had not won a major trophy since 2003. His arrival revitalized the Juventus midfield, and he helped the club clinch several titles, including four consecutive Serie A championships, a Coppa Italia trophy, and two Supercoppa Italiana titles. His composure, vision, and passing ability became hallmarks of Juventus's resurgence on both domestic and European stages.

Final Playing Years and New York City FC

After an illustrious career in Italy, Pirlo joined Major League Soccer side New York City FC in 2015. Coaching Career

Pirlo was appointed head coach of Juventus in 2020 and won the Supercoppa Italiana and the Coppa Italia in his only season in charge. He later coached Fatih Karagümrük in Turkey and Sampdoria in Serie B, and in July 2025 became head coach of Dubai side United FC, leading the club to promotion to the UAE Pro League in 2026.
