Continued Success and Transition

Despite the loss to Nunes, Cyborg returned to competition in strong form. In July 2019, she fought Felicia Spencer at UFC 240 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Though Spencer showcased resilience and durability, Cyborg emerged victorious via unanimous decision in the co-main event. The win marked the final fight of her UFC contract.

Following her UFC tenure, Cyborg signed with Bellator MMA, where she continued her career and captured the Bellator Women’s Featherweight Championship, further solidifying her legacy in the sport.

Personal Life and Relationships

Cyborg was previously married to Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos, also a professional mixed martial artist. The two met during her early training days at the Chute Boxe Academy. While the exact date of their marriage remains unclear, they divorced in 2011.

She is currently in a long-term relationship with Ray Elbe, a former MMA fighter and coach. Elbe is noted for his contributions to the development of mixed martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu in Southeast Asia. He founded Tiger Muay Thai in Phuket, Thailand, a highly regarded training facility that has produced numerous successful fighters.
