Gabriela Alejandra Frias, born and raised in Mexico City, is a seasoned journalist with a strong academic foundation in journalism. She earned her bachelor's degree in Journalism from the prestigious Carlos Septién García School of Journalism in Mexico City, graduating with honors. Early in her career, she served as assistant director in the Department of External Relations at the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City, a role she held for two years. Gabriela Frias launched her journalism career in 1997 with Reforma, one of Mexico’s leading daily newspapers.
