In 1986, she married Tommy Lee, drummer for Mötley Crüe; the couple divorced in 1993. She later married Richie Sambora, guitarist for Bon Jovi, in 1994 during a ceremony in Paris. The couple had one daughter, Ava Elizabeth Sambora, who has since pursued a career in modeling and acting. Locklear filed for divorce from Sambora in 2006 and subsequently had a relationship with actor Jack Wagner.
