Shinsuke Nakamura was born on February 24, 1980, in Kyōtango, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. From a young age, he developed a deep passion for professional wrestling. Before entering the wrestling world, Nakamura briefly pursued a career in mixed martial arts (MMA).
