Professional Debut and Career Beginnings

Burke made his film debut in 2000 in the direct-to-video fantasy sequel Dragonheart: A New Beginning, portraying the character Roland. Although not a major commercial release, the role marked his entry into the screen acting world. That same year, he appeared in episodes of the British medical drama Dangerfield and starred in the television film All the King's Men, which dramatized the fate of British soldiers during World War I.
