Jeffery Lamar Williams was born on August 16, 1991 in Atlanta, Georgia. He was born the tenth among eleven children in Sylvan Hills and grew up living in the Jonesboro South projects which were later obliterated. Life was unpleasant to the point that along with his numerous kin, Young Thug got a considerable amount of run-ins with the law.
Directly before he tasted fame, Young Thug at first released a series of free mixtapes starting from 2011 with I Came From Nothing. He later signed with Gucci Mane's 1017 Brick Squad Records in the middle of 2013, preparing for the spotlight to discover him. Not long after the record deal, he released his introduction mixtape 1017 Thug to much praise. This came after the arrival of the initial three portions of his mixtape series I Came from Nothing all through 2011 and 2012. Tuning in to the portions grabbed Mane's eye.
Young Thug made waves in the business with a ton of achievements and recognition from music pundits. He recorded a few tunes under the 1017 Brick Squad with Kayne West, Rich Homie and Chief Keef and even made it to the front of 'The Fader' magazine. In March 2014, he reported the arrival of his introduction album collection which would be titled Carter 6 as a proof of his profound respect for Lil Wayne's hit collection Tha Carter. Wayne apparently didn't care for the tribute and minced no words in telling fans about his emotions. Asserting that he was undermined with lawsuit claims, Young reported that he was changing the title to "Barter 6."
After a couple of title changes, Young Thug chose 'So Much Fun' for his new project in August 2019.
Young Thug has six children, he has three young ladies and three young men from four different mothers. He had his first kid when he was around 17. Even though he has many children, he has yet to stroll down the wedding path with any of his baby mamas. Young thug got engaged to Jerrika Karlae in April 2015 but they later separated in 2017.
One of Young Thug's daughters has been setting the web on fire with her rapping abilities. A video of her dancing and spitting a freestyle superior to anything most adult rappers could spit circulated around the web in 2016 and created a significant ruckus.
